XYLink- DMD230 is a polyaspartic esters compound which is
synthesized using dialkyl maleates and amine-terminated polyether
as main materials via Michael Addition Reaction. Then a
polyaspartic acid ester compounds is prepared by special
processing. This product is similar to the Desmophen NH 1220(Bayer)
which belongs to the aliphatic aspartic-ester. The reactive
activity is reduced due to the secondary amine in the molecular
structure ,which is affected by the electronic induction and Steric
effects of the substituent group. This product has ideal
processability which could be used as one of the components in the
polyurea curing agent or resin component in the polyurea coatings
based on polyaspartic esters. It also could be perfectly used in
the isocyanurate trimer of HDI and other polyisocyanates.both by
machine coated or brush coated..Coating films derived from this
product have great glossiness and physical property..
XYLink- DMD230 features by the outstanding anti-UV property,
excellent damp heat resistance, great salt spray
resistance,chemical resistance and low temperature property.
Additionally the ether bond of the structure makes the
intramolecular rotation more easier, that makes the material has
excellent elasticity and flexibility. It is known as the ideal
monomer in the solventless high-solids of the two-component
polyurethane or polyurea coatings.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
50kg, 200kg net weight in plastic drum or packed according to the
customer request; XYLink- DMD230 should be stored in cool,
ventilated, rainproof, sunproof and fireproof places. Do not mix it
with strong acid,strong alkalis and strong oxidant..Keep the
product well packaged without affection of damp in a rainproof and
sunproof conditions during transport process.
Storage period is 24 months from the production date,in compliance
with standards for transportation and storage conditions.
